We had to find a house to rent in a very specific neighborhood. We were having a hard time finding a place that fit our needs based on size, price, and location. After working with a different agent for a few months, we weren’t finding anything that worked for us, unless it got snapped up before we could apply. We took a break and then asked Yogi for help finding a place. He presented us with several options, but then he pulled a rabbit out of his hat and found us a house in the perfect location, the perfect size, and he negotiated it to the perfect price. And he showed us this house before it went to market so we weren’t competing with 10 other people to rent our new home. He literally got us a miracle."
